test

Cloudy with showers; 11-14 degrees.

Up with the alarm at 06:00, acting as normal as possible to try and fool Rémy that nothing untoward was imminent. Mostly successful, I had her in her cage and off to the Milford Hilton by 08:30. We both feel sad seeing her go but she’ll be well looked after and we need a holiday.
We finalised our packing, Stacey was uncharacteristically punctual and we were away by 10:20. First time through the Waterview tunnel and the Kirkbride underpass got us to the airport in under 25 minutes. Brilliant.
Boarded the 777-300ER, and the usual SIA superb service had us in Changi terminal 2 in 9 hours 23 minutes. Realising we had to get from terminal 2 to T3, we used the Skytrain, found the lounge and relaxed.
Leg 1 movies: The Trip to Spain (Steve Coogan & Rob Brydon; 4/5), The Judge (Robert Duvall & Robert Downey Jnr.; 3.5/5), Lucky Number Slevin (Josh Hartnett, Ben Kingsley & Morgan Freeman; 4/5) & Tinker, Taylor, Soldier, Spy (4/5).
4 hours later, on to London Heathrow.
